At Jain Food Products, we take great care in delivering high-quality, hygienically prepared snacks to your doorstep. All our products go through strict quality checks before shipping.

Please note: We do not accept return requests unless the product is damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund, the following conditions must be met:

     The product must be physically damaged, tampered, or spoiled upon arrival.

     A product unboxing video is mandatory as proof. The video must clearly show the package from all angles before opening and the issue after opening.

     Claims without proper video proof will not be considered.

     You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery by emailing us at jainfoodproduct2@gmail.com or contacting our support team.

We do not accept returns for reasons such as taste preference, personal dislike, or change of mind.
