     All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after receiving payment and order confirmation.

     Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

     During peak seasons, festivals, or special sales, order processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.


2. Delivery Timeline

     We aim to deliver your order within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

     Deliveries to metro cities are usually quicker (3–4 days), while remote or non-serviceable areas may take longer.

     We do our best to dispatch orders promptly, but delivery timelines may vary due to external factors beyond our control (weather, transport delays, etc.).


3. Shipping Charges

     Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned at checkout.

     From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions on select products or minimum order values.


4. Delivery Areas

     We currently ship across India via reliable third-party logistics partners.

     If your pin code is not serviceable, we will inform you and offer an alternative or refund.


5. Tracking Your Order

     Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

     You can use this link to track your shipment in real-time and know its estimated delivery date.


6. Packaging & Hygiene

     All products are packed in clean, food-safe packaging under strict hygiene standards.

     We take utmost care to ensure your snacks reach you fresh, intact, and ready to enjoy.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

     Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate at the time of placing the order.

     Jain Food Products is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

     If a delivery fails due to an error in the address, re-shipping charges may apply.


8. Delivery Delays

     While we aim for timely delivery, certain delays may be caused by factors such as strikes, lockdowns, natural calamities, or courier issues.

     We will keep you informed in case of such unexpected delays.
